Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery. To process your claim, please provide a clear unboxing video along with photos of the product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns:
No return or exchange is accepted unless the product is damaged or not working (applicable to diffusers only). Products must be in unused and undamaged condition, and claims must be supported with visual proof. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to mishandling.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Abirr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. In such cases, please contact the respective courier service with your tracking details for further investigation.
