Eligible Returns:

No return, no exchange. Return or exchange is only applicable in case the product is damaged or not working (for diffusers only). Returns are accepted only if the product is in unused and undamaged condition with proper verification. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to mishandling.

Return Claim Period:

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 working days from the delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or non-functional product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. You must provide a clear unboxing video along with photos of the product. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address. For such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
