3. Returns & Refunds

No return or exchange is accepted unless the product is damaged or not working, specifically for diffusers.

To initiate a return or refund request, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damaged or defective product within 3 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to approval based on the visual evidence submitted.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the issue has been verified by our team.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Abirr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are advised to contact the shipping provider directly in such cases.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Pricing, Payments & Promotions

• All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept online payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure payment gateways.
  
• If you prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional charge of ₹100 will be applied. This is due to unsecured payment risk and policies set by our shipping partners.
  
• Promotional offers or discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer only and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
